Atherton

Atherton properties are grounds rather than yards, and they are judged on consistency. The lawn edges have to be crisp every week, the hedges have to hold their line, the beds have to look tended rather than recently rescued. That is a scheduling discipline more than a landscaping one, and it is why our maintenance crews run fixed days with the same people on the same property.

The build work here leans toward stone and structure: terraces, low walls, wide paver or stone driveways, and steps set into existing grade. All of it planned around the mature trees, which get structural pruning and root-zone protection rather than convenience cuts.

Crews arrive staged and leave the site swept. On properties this visible, the cleanup is part of the work, not an afterthought.
