Cupertino

Cupertino homeowners ask us about water more than anything else. Front lawns that need constant irrigation to stay green through a Santa Clara Valley summer are the first thing to go, usually replaced with artificial turf, a paver or gravel path, and drip-irrigated planting beds that look intentional rather than sparse.

The turf work is where the base matters. We excavate, compact aggregate in lifts, screed it flat, and pin and seam the turf tight, because a turf lawn that ripples or puddles in the first winter was a base problem from day one.

A good share of Cupertino work sits inside an HOA. We keep staging tidy, work inside quiet hours, and give you the written scope and material list you need to get an approval through without a second round of questions.
