San Jose

San Jose is where we are based and where most of our crews start their day, which means the shortest response times and the easiest scheduling in our whole coverage area. We have been working these neighborhoods since 2003, and the yards tell a consistent story: 1950s and 60s lots with tired lawns, thirsty irrigation, and a slope or a grade change nobody ever dealt with properly.

The most common San Jose project we run is a full front-yard conversion, taking out a struggling lawn and putting in artificial turf, a paver walkway, and drip-irrigated planting beds that survive a Santa Clara Valley summer without a punishing water bill. In the backyard it is usually pavers or concrete, a retaining wall to make a sloped lot usable, and a fence or deck to finish it.

We also run weekly and every-other-week garden maintenance routes across the city, so the work we install stays looking the way it did the week we handed it over. Same crew, same day, flat monthly rate.
